Wavelength

UV222 Far UV-C excimer lamp with an optical band-pass filter

A typical krypton chloride 222 nm Far UV-C excimer lamp without an optical band-pass filter

WARNING!
Unfiltered Far UV-C will cause cancer and cataract!

Photometrics and exposure time SARS-CoV2/COVID-19

The spatial and spectral distribution of the light is measured on each lamp using a 2-axis goniometer giving the entire 3D distribution of the Far UV-C light emitted by it.

Peak emission wavelength: 222.00 nm
Output power in range (200-230 nm): 120 mW

Dose needed (222 nm, COVID-19) 90% inactivation for aerosols: 390 μJ/cm2
Dose needed (222 nm, COVID-19) 90% inactivation for surfaces: 600 μJ/cm2

Photometrics and exposure time SARS-CoV2/COVID-19

UV222 includes an installation bracket for fixing the lamp on any surface.
